Cancellation & Reservation Policy 

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy outlines the applicable refund terms and provides flexibility where possible.

30+ Days Before Arrival: Cancellations made 30 or more days before arrival are eligible for a refund of payments made, less any nonrefundable third-party processing charges actually incurred. One date change may also be considered, subject to availability.

14–29 Days Before Arrival: Cancellations made 14–29 days before arrival are eligible for a 50% refund of lodging charges paid. Any approved refundable taxes or security deposits will also be returned, as applicable.

Fewer Than 14 Days Before Arrival: Lodging charges are nonrefundable for cancellations made fewer than 14 days before arrival. Management may consider a one-time credit in the event of a documented emergency.

No-Show or Early Departure: No refunds are provided for failure to arrive, late arrival, shortened stays, or voluntary early departure.

Retreat Cancellation: If the retreat is unable to safely or lawfully host your stay, you may choose either a refund of payments made or an approved credit toward a future stay.

Severe Weather: Normal seasonal weather does not automatically qualify for a refund. If local authorities close access routes or the retreat closes for safety reasons, the Retreat Cancellation policy will apply.

GENERAL RESERVATION TERMS
 

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
 

The following are nonrefundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement:

• Donations and voluntary contributions

• Custom purchases

• Third-party vendor charges

A reservation may be ended without a refund in cases involving unlawful activity, threats, serious safety violations, material property damage, unauthorized events, or repeated refusal to follow staff instructions.
 

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or protections that cannot legally be waived.
