Guest Covenant & Property Rules

  • Faith-centered environment: Respect the retreat’s biblical mission, staff, members, neighbors, and other guests. Participation in worship is welcomed but never forced.
     

  • Quiet hours: Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM daily. No loud music, yelling, parties, amplified sound, or other disturbances during quiet hours.
     

  • Alcohol, tobacco, and drugs: No alcohol, tobacco, vaping, cannabis, illegal drugs, or drug paraphernalia anywhere on the property.
     

  • Prohibited programming: No yoga sessions, occult or spiritualist practices, séances, divination, or organized activities that conflict with the retreat’s stated biblical mission.
     

  • Peaceful media environment: Televisions are not provided. Personal devices must be used quietly and respectfully and may not disturb other guests or shared activities.
     

  • Registered guests and visitors: Only registered guests and approved visitors may enter lodging or event areas. No unauthorized parties, vendors, speakers, overnight guests, or commercial activity.
     

  • Children and youth: A responsible adult must supervise minors at all times. Trails, gardens, water areas, farm equipment, fire features, wildlife areas, and work zones require special supervision.
     

  • Parking and vehicles: Guest vehicles remain in designated parking areas. RV-pad access is limited to approved unloading, accessibility needs, emergencies, and authorized staff. Golf carts may be operated only by authorized persons.
     

  • Dogs: Dogs must be housebroken, supervised, and leashed or otherwise under the owner’s immediate control. Owners must clean up after their dogs and are responsible for damage. Dogs may not be left unattended or create a disturbance or safety risk.
     

  • Fire and cooking safety: Use grills, fire features, generators, heaters, and cooking equipment only in approved areas and according to posted instructions. No fireworks or unattended flame.
     

  • Garden and natural areas: Do not harvest produce, remove plants, feed wildlife, enter restricted areas, or disturb trails, water features, equipment, or farm operations without permission.
     

  • Lodging care: Do not move major furniture, tamper with utilities or safety equipment, exceed approved occupancy, or create unsanitary conditions. Report damage or maintenance concerns promptly.
     

  • Photography and privacy: Personal photography is welcome in approved areas. Professional sessions, drones, filming, livestreaming, and commercial content require written approval. Do not record other guests without consent.
     

  • Safety and lawful conduct: No threats, violence, harassment, theft, unlawful weapons, illegal activity, or refusal to follow immediate safety directions from authorized staff.
     

  • Consequences: Management may deny entry, end an activity, remove a guest, charge for documented damage, or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect people, property, the retreat mission, or legal compliance.
